Lipid compsns. for protection of hair roots and nail roots comprises 12-20C, partic. 45-65% of 18C, 28-40% of 16C, 4-5% of 14C and for the rest of 12, 15, 17, 19 and/or 20C, satd. or unsatd. fatty acid triglyceride mixts., partic. 30-40% of satd. and 60-70% of unsatd. fatty acid triglyceride mixts., and used for out of blood vessels with sufficient intracellular permeation and enclosure in liposome to exert progressive and delayed action, and contg. a nano size particle matrix vector contg. a mixt. of silanol and acetylmethionine for the prevention of loss and/or regeneration of the roots, opt. further contg. a complex of 3-aminopropanesulphonic acid-bacterial filtrate mainly composed of peptone-water soluble polysaccharide sulphide, D-panthenol, fine particles of vitamin A, partic. palmitate, and/or vitamin E, partic. acetate.
