PURPOSE: To realize the telephone system and the bell tone detection method in which more flexible system is set by enhancing the degree of freedom of installation and only a specific bell tone is surely detected. CONSTITUTION: A relay lifter 106 is provided with a means applying on/off control to a hook switch in response to a talk switch, a voice changeover means switching the connection of a voice signal of a wired telephone set 102 to a wired telephone set handset 104 or a cordless telephone set 103, and a bell tone detection signal transmission means. A bell tone is detected to provide an output of the bell tone from the cordless telephone set 103 at the arrival of a call, a hook switch on/off means is used to apply ON/OFF control to a hook switch and the voice changeover means is used to switch the voice signal from the wired telephone set 102 to the cordless telephone set 103, which is used to send/receive a voice signal. |
