<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a solenoid in which a resin bobbin is abolished. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid S is assembled by winding an attracting coil 2 predetermined number of turns on a sleeve 1 mounted at the winding shaft of a winder, then removing the sleeve 1 wound with the coil 2 from the shaft, and engaging insulating washers 3, 4 in both sides of the coil 2 at the sleeve 1. Then, a stationary core 6 is so assembled from the outside of the washer 4 that a small-diameter part 6c and an intermediate-diameter part 5b are inserted into the inner periphery of the sleeve, and assembling a switch cover 5 from the washer 3 side so as to enclose the coil 2 and the core 6. The opening of the cover 5 is fixed to the part 6a of the core 6 by caulking the side to the inside to be fixed, and hence the coil 2 enclosed in the cover 5 is sandwiched between the cover 5 and the core 6 via the two washers 3, 4.</p> |
