PURPOSE: To simplify the operation of a buyer's terminal equipment in an auction system by inputting required matters to the terminal equipment by voice. CONSTITUTION: Required matters such as the specification of a lane and the number of units to be purchased which are required for entering an auction are inputted by voice through a microphone 1a. The meaning contents of the inputted voice signal are recognized by a voice recognizing part 1b. The recognized contents are converted into data with a required format by a data conversion part 1d and the converted data are temporarily stored in a storage part 1d through a control part 1h and displayed on a display part 1e. After checking the display, a buyer operates an input part 1f. The lane to be entered or the like is determined by the operation and then the control part 1h reads out the stored data from the storage part 1d and transmits the read data through an output part 1g. The transmitted signal is distributed to the lane concerned through a buyer data collecting part 7. In the case of responding to a bid, the buyer inputs a response to the bit by voice through the microphone 1a and determines the response to the bit by operating the input part 1f. |
