PURPOSE: To adopt a DC high voltage switch with a semiconductor configuration to be used for a high voltage pulse generator or the like. CONSTITUTION: Plural semiconductor switch elements 7 are connected in series, and the same number of ring core pulse transformers 5 and rectifier reset circuits 6 are used for gate circuits, and two sets of high voltage semiconductor devices penetrated through the transformers with a primary conductor subjected to high insulation are connected in series and the switching elements 4 for the primary conductor of each set and its drive circuit are provided to the midpoint. Then a clock pulse current synchronously with an input signal is supplied to the primary conductor, a gate signal demodulated to an original input pulse width signal from a secondary voltage of each pulse transformer 5 by each rectifier reset circuit 6 is delivered to a gate terminal of each switch element 7 to switch all the switch elements 7 simultaneously. |
