PURPOSE: To avoid occurrence of time lag in a braking control of a movement action and stop the movement action in case of a danger. CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a brake 23 braking a boarding stand provided with a movement mechanism and inclination mechanism moving and inclining in accordance with a movement action of a body-feeling person, rotary encoders 20-22 detecting a movement quantity and an inclination quantity of the boarding stand, an angle control circuit 18 controlling the brake 23 based on these detection results, a brake control circuit 17 having the brake 23 performing a specified braking action, a data control circuit 19 changing over the control of the brake 23, and CPU10 recognizing the state of the body-feeling person based on the result detected by the rotary encoders 20-22 and controlling the change of the data control circuit 19 based on the recognized result. The CPU10 makes the angle control circuit 18 perform a braking action during a movement action and makes the brake control circuit 17 perform a braking action in case of a danger. |
