LIQUID PHOTORESIST INK AND PRODUCTION OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide liq. photoresist ink colored by exposure for precisely judging the accomplishment of formation of a desired circuit in the production of a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A halogen-contg. photo-initiator and a coupler are added to a photosensitive resin compsn. consisting of a half-esterified compd. made of a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, a carboxyl group-contg. satd. compd., a photopolymerizable unsatd. compd. and a photo-initiator to obtain the objective liq. photoresist ink. The objective printed circuit board is produced using this photoresist ink.
