PURPOSE: To versatilely and easily remove external noise at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A delay circuit 4 delays an input signal 1a by 20μs and a peak- holding circuit 5 holds the delayed signal 4a at its peak value. A comparator 6 generates a rectangular gate pulse 6a by comparing the held signal 5a with the signal level of a certain threshold VREF and a gate control circuit 7 outputs a gate control signal to a gate circuit 2, based on the gate pulse 6a.
