PURPOSE: To provide a kitchen ventilation facility capable of increasing an energy saving effect and an air conditioning in a spot-like manner near a cooking device. CONSTITUTION: There are provided an air feeding chamber 8 having a punched metal arranged in tension at its front surface and installed at a front part of a hood 3; an air feeding duct 13 for connecting the air feeding chamber to an air feeding port 11 of a kichen 2 and having a first air feeding damper 12; a waste heat recovering device 14 arranged at an outer circumference of the air discharging duct 6 from a hood; and a branched air feeding duct 19 having branch ports 18 and 21 of the air feeding duct at an upstream side and a down-stream side from the first air feeding damper connected to each other through a waste heat recovering device and inserted through a second air feeding damper 22. With such an arrangement as above, intake surrounding air recovering discharged heat in winter season is increased in its temperature and the surrounding air can be taken into the device during a season other than winter season and in turn the air is blown out from the hood front surface. |
