<p>PURPOSE: To save labor in a dispersion process and to reduce production cost as well as to ensure superior coloring performance and transparency by incorporating an anionic microencapsulated pigment obtd. by coating an org. pigment with anionic group-contg. org. high molecular compds. CONSTITUTION: This aq. dispersion liq. contains an anionic microencapsulated pigment obtd. by coating an org. pigment, together with a hardening agent and a high molecular compd. at need, with anionic group-contg. org. high molecular compds. The average particle diameter of the microencapsulated pigment is preferably regulated to 0.3μm. This aq. dispersion liq. is produced by using a mixture of the anionic group-contg. high molecular compds. having self- dispersibility or solubility to water with the org. pigment as an org. solvent phase, adding water to the org. solvent phase and allowing the phase to self- disperse. The org. pigment is, e.g. a quinacridone pigment and the anionic org. high molecular compds. are preferably compds. each having a number average mol.wt. of 1,000-10,000 and include PVC.</p> |
