<p>PURPOSE: To provide a rotor coil of which winding density is improved without causing the deterioration of insulation property of the rotor, and the manufacture of the rotor coil. CONSTITUTION: For a rotor coil 1, the sectional form of the coil line materials 3 varies between the surface layer part and the deep layer part. To be concrete, they are circular in cross section low in restraint in the surface layer part of a coil which receives pressure directly from magnetic pole claws 4 in case of driving in of a pole core 4, and they are roughly square in cross section high in restraint in the deep layer of the coil, thus the winding density is improved. The coil line material 3 wound in the deep layer part of the coil is plastically transformed roughly in the shape of a square in cross section by a molding roller just before winding the coil line material 3 originally circular in cross section on a bobbin 2.</p> |
