PRODUCTION OF NEODYMIUM BASED BOND MAGNET

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a neodymium based bond magnet in which the aging of magnetic characteristics is suppressed and stabilized. CONSTITUTION: Nd-Fe-B based magnet powder produced by HDDR is subjected to heat treatment at 200 deg.C in the atmosphere for 30min, mixed with an epoxy resin and passed through a hardening process to produce a neodymium based bond magnet. Reduction of coercive force (iHc) is suppressed significantly even after the bond magnet is left in the atmosphere at 120 deg.C for 1000 hours.
