PURPOSE: To discriminate correct information by collapse from erroneous information except the collapse, and to measure and monitor always with high precision by classifying an event occurrence number per unit time into plural steps referring to the maximum event occurrence number within a certain time, and conducting histogram treatment so as to compare with a normal distribution characteristic. CONSTITUTION: An AE wave signal detected by the AE sensor of an AE detection rod is inputted to an operation control portion 35 from an input terminal 16, the signals of a certain level (a threshold by the maximum even number per each even) or more are detected 17 as the events, and event occurrence number is counted for a predetermined time, for instant, for one second by a counter 18. Assigning the largest number out of the occurrence numbers for one second to 100%, the occurrence numbers are classified into plural steps, for instance, ten steps by a dividing circuit 20, are histogram-treated 23, and are compared with the data of a characteristic (a normal distribution characteristic) at a banking collapse time previously stored in a ROM 25 so as to discriminate 24 information whether the correct information by a banking collapse or the erroneous information by a factor except the banking collapse (for instance, train moving). |
