PURPOSE: To enable retrieving a required file by a processing generated to the file even if a user pays special attention. CONSTITUTION: When it is detected that the processing such as editing and printing, etc., is generated in the file in a document file group 3011, information specifying the kind and time of the generated processing and the file, is registered in a link information file. Then, a time zone is designated by an input part 3001 so as to retrieve the information so that the file in which the processing has been generated in the time zone is retrieved from the link information file and its list is displayed in a display part 3015. When one of the displayed file group is designated by the input part 3001, an application program for processing the designated file is started and the data file which is designated by the application is opened. |
