PURPOSE: To provide a display fitted with a switch by which favorable stroke feeling can be gotten when a user operates a switch part though it is of thin constitution, using a touch panel possessing an information display function, and besides never incurs the size up of the operation display face. CONSTITUTION: This is equipped with a display panel 10, which has an information display function, a transparent or translucent touch panel 11 provided with one or more switch parts 12 being positioned on the display panel 10 and being turned on or turned off, receiving the operation from outside, and a transparent or translucent operation mechanism part 14 equipped with one or more operation members 15 counterposed on the switch part 12 of this touch panel 11. The operation mechanism part 14 and the touch panel 10 are arranged closely, leaving the operation space of the operation mechanism part 14. The switch 12 is turned on or turned off by operating the operation member 15 and changing the relative position between the switch part 12 of the touch panel 10 and the operation member 15 thereby giving the changeover operation to the switch part 12.
