The closure cap (2) contains an air access arrangement of such small dimension as to prevent penetration by small animals. The air access is formed by holes (7), or slats (8), or by spaces between ribs formed on the cap, flush with the pipe inner wall. They may be linked to outlet apertures in or on the cap periphery. Pref. the holes continue in the slats, extending axis-parallel in the axis-parallel part of the cap body (3). If the cap has ribs on the outside, the pipe inner wall abutting ribs continue into holes in the cap front side ramp (5).
