摘要 The para content determn. involves cooling or heating a refrigerant to a selected temp. and the measuring pressure of hydrogen gas flow before its entry into at least one adiabatic para-ortho-conversion catalyser. The hydrogen gas flow flows through the catalyser, until an equilibrium setting is achieved. The temp. (T2) as well as the pressure (p2) of the hydrogen gas flow is measured after its outlet from the last of the para-ortho-catalysers. The measurement in equilibrium is made using equations: H1(X1,T1,p1) = h2(X2,T2,p2) and X2 = Xg(T2). In which h1 is the enthalpy of the hydrogen gas flow at the inlet of the para-ortho-conversion catalyser and h2 is the enthalpy of the hydrogen gas flow at the outlet of the catalyser. The para content (X1) of the hydrogen gas flow to the time point before the entry in the catalyser is determined.
