Machining centre for wood and plastics

The machining centre has a spindle (1) which accepts tools and saws (6) for machining wood and plastics. The spindle can move in the X,Y and Z axes by means of guides. There is an automatic tool changer magazine and the workpiece is held securely on a fixture table. There is a second spindle (2) for tools and saws which operates in the same X or Y axis as the first spindle. The movement of the second spindle in the remaining axis is produced by a guide arrangement which is independent to that of the first spindle.
