FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: supporting bearings are connected with levers forming with roller axle an articulated four-link chain which is connected with damping means. When cloth tensioning exceeds the preset value, levers turn relative to post of articulated four-link chain mechanism to close power kinematic circuit - two half-couplings which interact to transmit torque from drive through chain transmission to roller to reduce cloth tension. EFFECT: excluded effect of system wear on accuracy of regulation of cloth tensioning. 3 dwg
