PURPOSE:To easily manufacture one pair of male and female metallic molds in a short time by molding one pair of the male and female metallic molds at the same time with molding method, in which reducing pressure molds are stacked up and the molds are formed by using a product pattern and pouring molten metal in this mold to manufacture the metallic molds. CONSTITUTION:The reducing pressure mold A is molded as a false part with the product pattern 3 having the same shape with a forming product, and the reducing pressure mold B is molded as a male false part on the mold A. The mold B is separated from the mold A and the product pattern 3 is set in cavity part in the mold B, and the reducing pressure mold C is molded as a female false part on the mold B. Both molds B, C are separated and taken out, respectively, and also, the product pattern 3 is removed and the reducing molds D, E are molded as the male mold and the female mold on both molds B, C. The molds D, E are separated from the molds B, C and the casting flasks 12A, 12B are put on the molds D, E to pour the molten metal. By this method, one pair of the male and female metallic molds can be easily manufactured without needing the skill. |
