FIELD: study of inhomogeneity of materials. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for ultrasonic visualization of substances. Object is positioned in zone of acoustic objective 29 and required distance is set between objective and object with the help of drive Z 28. After this flow of liquid is formed by means of device 31 in zone of measurement and scanning of object by objective 29 is performed with the use of motor 15 and drive. Object is irradiated by acoustic pulses and echoes reflected from object are received with the aid of objective 29. Received signal is digitized, processed and displayed on screen of computer display to which microscope is ganged. EFFECT: improved authenticity of study of inhomogeneity of materials. 1 cl, 20 dwg
