SUBSTANCE: method involves replacement of defective bone and soft tissues in the orbital area with a carbon felt implant with concurrent formation of a standard size stump. The automucous cavity plasty is performed after a period of six months on the front surface of the stump and back surface of the eyelids. EFFECT: higher treatment efficacy; less probable relapse.
