FIELD: organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: aromatic azo-compounds are prepared when bringing in contact a nucleophylic compound with an azo-compound in presence of appropriate solvent system and carrying out the reaction in presence of appropriate protonic material at temperature from 10 to 150 C in a confined reaction zone observing protonic material to base molar ratio from 0:1 to 5:1. In one of other embodiments of invention, to prepare substituted aromatic amines, substituted aromatic azo-compounds further react with nucleophylic compound in presence of appropriate solvent system, appropriate base, and controlled amount of protonic material at temperature from some 70 to some 200 C in a confined reaction zone, observing the same as above molar ratio. Substituted aromatic amines may be subjected to reducing alkylation to produce alkylated diamines or their substituted derivatives. EFFECT: new synthetic methods proposed. |
