FIELD: household facilities for washing clothes; applicable in farmer economy as separator. SUBSTANCE: washing machine has body with hinged cover and accommodates partition carrying sleeve pulsator (with bottom up) and vessel for clothes with corrugated walls, both are installed coaxially in each other. Vessel for clothes has sealed cover installed on it with locking member and capability of free sliding along body wall to form with it a closed varying in volume cavity intended for maintaining a working volume of air. Flexible pins preventing formation of lumps of clothes are made inside vessel for clothes on protruding corrugations of vessel and sleeve-pulsator. Mounted in sealed cover is corrugated diaphragm to preserve temperature conditions of washing and discharge of air above liquid level inside the vessel for clothes above sleeve-pulsator. Bottom part of sleeve-pulsator is connected with drive rod by detachable member to transmit reciprocating motion to sleeve-pulsator and setting preset angle of turn of the sleeve- pulsator in horizontal plane to both sides due to available oblique grooves on the bushing installed in partition through which rod passes with pin pressed in its ends transversely. Pin is conjugated with oblique grooves of bushing. Presence of these members provides for complicated motion inside the vessel which promotes intensive turbulent swirling of washing liquid ensuring frequency of contact of washing liquid with clothes. Provision of holes in partition over circle under the sleeve-pulsator and under the cavity between the walls of body of vessel and compression and stretching of corrugations allow circulation of air working volume and production of counter flow (swirling) inside the vessel. Availability of electronic regulator promotes stability of the washing process. EFFECT: provision of perfection of washing machine design due to preservation of temperature conditions, elimination of clothes twisting, intensive contact of washing fluid with clothes to ensure higher efficiency of washing, reduced duration of washing process and improved stability of machine operation as a whole. 2 cl |
