FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: device has two disk-type tensioning members held in supporting unit at radial clearance side by side by means of springy resilient elements such as permanent magnets. Tensioning members are rotatable. With the help of oscillation generating means such as electromagnet, mechanical or other outfits, supporting unit receives mechanical oscillation in axial direction relative to axis of rotation determined by rotation of tensioning members. This member does not receive or receives insignificantly the motion from supporting unit or oscillation generating means. Due to vibration of supporting unit, friction is overcome between disk-type tensioning members and supporting unit and also prevented is fouling of containing surfaces between tensioning members and supporting unit and also prevented is fouling of contacting surfaces between tensioning members and supporting unit. EFFECT: high efficiency. |
