PURPOSE:To obtain the characteristic in which a voltage variation in the vicinity of a clip point is sharp by correcting a slow variation of the clip point by a difference voltage output. CONSTITUTION:When an input signal Vin ascends and reaches the vicinity of Vref-R1.I1, a transistor TR Q3 starts to turn on, and a current corresponding to a collector current of the TR Q3 flows to a resistance R2. As a result, an emitter voltage of a TR Q6 drops, a base voltage of the TR Q3 operates so as to drop, switching of a differential circuit (TRs Q2, Q3) is quickened, and also, the operation is executed so that a base voltage of a TR Q5 is lowered and an output Vout- is also lowered. Therefore, as for a voltage variation, when the resistance R2 and a current I2 are selected to appropriate values, the outputs Vout+, Vout- are varied correctly, and a non-ideal variation area of the output can be made small. |
