摘要 FIELD: gasses and liquids consumption measuring equipment, dry saturated steam in particular. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase reliability and universality in respect to properties of flowing mediums, to simplify and to make cheaper heat-carriers consumption measurements. Method of heat-carrier consumption measurement provides for measurement of heat flux transferred through wall of pipe and of pipe wall outer surface temperature under stationary dynamic and thermal conditions, following determination of consumption by graduated characteristic of aggregate with usage of measured values. New thing is that in diametral cross-section of pipe wall temperature and average mass temperature or pressure in case of dry saturated steam are measured. Density of heat flux is determined using graduated characteristic according to readings of differential thermocouple with solderings located on opposite side of flexible band - heatmeter of low-heat conducting electrically insulating material located on pipe surface. Consumption of heat-carrier during turbulent mode of its running in pipe is determined according to dependance given in description. EFFECT: increased reliability and universality in respect to properties of flowing mediums, heat-carriers consumption measurements are simplified and made cheaper.
