FIELD: technical diagnostics of mechanical systems by vibration parameters using spectral analysis. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase accuracy and trustworthiness of vibration parameters control and correspondingly of technical state diagnostics of mechanical systems with many sources of vibration in continuous production processes and to determine conditions of defects formation in their members. In the method additional information about technical state of system is produced due to spectral analysis of modulus of measured vibration signal, separation of produced spectrum for low frequency and high frequency sections, registration their prevailing harmonics A-low-max and A-up-max, determination of average value of m and usage of ratios γ= Amax/m = Almax / m and γ= Amax/m.= Aumax / m. Apparatus has in series connected detector of vibration, two channel amplifier, first spectrum analyzer, boundary frequency determination unit, converted signal spectrum frequencies areas separation unit, solving unit and register. Amplifier second channel through delay unit and amplitude detector is connected with second analyzer and averaging unit. Second output of first analyzer of spectrum is connected with second inputs of boundary frequency determination unit and converted signal spectrum frequencies areas separation unit, solving unit and register and input of control unit, first and third outputs of which are connected with boundary frequency determination unit and second output - with frequencies areas separation unit. Third output of control unit is also connected with solving unit and register. Output of averaging unit is connected with fourth input of solving unit and register. Third output of first analyzer is connected with second input of second analyzer and exercises synchronization of their operation.
