FIELD: units and parts of sewing machines. SUBSTANCE: sewing hook of shuttling device has circular conical groove on cylindrical surface of internal circular rectangular recess in which bobbin holder with its guide band is installed. Circular conical groove has two stopping ends and split flexible ring trapezoidal in cross-section installed in it which closes internal part of recess and forms together with it a circular guide path for band of bobbin holder. As a result, produced, for the first time, for the bobbin holder is circular guide path geometrically precise, absolutely non-opened at any dynamic conditions of device operation and uniform over the entire circular length equalling the length of internal surface of sewing hook on the diameter of rectangular recess. All three surfaces enveloping the band of bobbin holder have cutting recesses for dissection and discharge of foreign thread. The device is regulated by the axial clearance in the path and maintainable. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
