FIELD: radio engineering and automatics. SUBSTANCE: method of width modulation is distinguished for the fact, that analog oscillation is used as carrying oscillation and ratio of half-cycles durations in limits of each cycle of oscillation is changed in accordance with modulating signal. Apparatus of width modulation has discrete former of analog oscillation, output of which is output of apparatus. Apparatus differs from others due to addition of switch with control decoder. output of which is connected with input of clock pulses former, and switching inputs are inputs of clock pulses sequence different frequencies. One control input is connected with one of former leads with half-cycle pulses of output signal formation and other inputs are modulating inputs and are connected with modulating signal source. Apparatus is also added with register, outputs of which are connected with modulating input of apparatus and inputs of which are connected with source of modulating signal and sync input is connected to former lead with output signal forming half-cycle pulses. EFFECT: improved process. |
