FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: known mechanism (gun) has cylinder mounted on frame and provided with wheels; mounted inside cylinder is hammer; working chamber is formed between hammer and bottom of cylinder. Innovation of invention consists in two-stage construction of engine-propeller. Highest pressure of superheated steam is used in first stage; waste expanding steam is used in auxiliary engine-propeller which is provided with jacket coated with heat insulation. Cylinder is provided with high-pressure exhaust ports and low-pressure exhaust ports; low-pressure cylinders are also provided with exhaust ports; two reciprocating hammers are mounted inside cylinders; impulse strike of these hammers is used for motion of any kind of transport.
