METHOD OF GAS-TURBINE-EXPANDER AGGREGATE OPERATION

FIELD: gas-turbine-expander aggregates with recuperation of heat and with realization of natural gas excessive pressure at gas-distributing stations and gas control points, method is used in ground aggregates of power production with high effectiveness and with high ecological factors, especially during pressure decrease at gas-distributing stations and gas control points. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase effectiveness and specific power production per 1 kg of reduced natural gas of gas-turbine-expander aggregates. High pressure natural gas from main pipeline 1 is fed through heat exchangers 2 - 3 in turbine expander 4, in which pressure is decreased to consumer required level. Power of turbine expander summed with power of gas-turbine engine 6 is passed to electric generator 20. Using heat of engine 6 exhaust gasses natural gas is heated before its coming into turbine expander 4. Temperature of going to consumer natural gas is adjusted by redistribution of streams by controls 17 and 22. Realization of the method allows to increase effectiveness of aggregate operation up to 30 % as compared to known aggregates. EFFECT: significantly increased effectiveness of aggregate operation.
