SUBSTANCE: plasmatron is mounted on air intake; oxygen delivered to engine is ionized by electric discharge and is fed together with air flow to engine combustion chamber where ions increase number of centers of combustion and decrease flash point of fuel vapor. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
