SUBSTANCE: to carry out solid phase sandwich type version of enzymeimmunoassay of antibodies (ELISA) they use antigen composed of displaced in by-area form of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon as gapten and albumin - as protein-carrier. Displacement in by-area causes decrease (exclusion) of carcinogenic activity of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and so decreases danger for researcher health (antigenic properties polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon as gapten in case of displacement in by-area are changed insignificantly). Usage of albumin in contrast to thyreoglobulin in prototype allows to decrease nonspecific binding of antibodies of tested biological liquid with protein-carrier. High adsorption capability of albumin allows sharply to decrease usage of antigen (adsorption requires 32-fold less antigen as compared with prototype).
