The vibration insulators is arranged so that the projects on a horizontal plane of four vibration insulators lie on the sides of a square inscribed in the horizontal projection of platform 1. The projection of the fifth vibration insulator lie on the diagonal of this square. The projection of the sixth vibration insulator perpendicular to this diagonal and is within the square. The device operates in the following manner. Accelerometers 11 and 12 measure vibration accelerations of top cramp 6 and base 2 respectively along the axis that connects the centers of the Hooke pivots. The pickups 14 of respective movement record their respective movement.
