High frequency power distribution unit 4 has coupling coil with high frequency oscillator 2, resonance tuning capacitor, high frequency oscillation circuit, three secondary coupling coils connected through variable resistors with three groups of needle electrodes 6-8. Temperature pickups 15 are connected to temperature measuring and control unit 5 through plugs 16. The method involves executing local anesthesia around the malignant tumor 9 and then injecting current conducting liquid around the tumor at 5 cm distance from it. Next to it, the tumor and the current conducting liquid layer are anatomically conditionally divided into several sectors 12-14. Groups of needle electrodes 6-8 are introduced into each sector, respectively. High frequency power is supplied to every group of needle electrodes 6-8 from separate power supply sources. The temperature of 49 C is reached in at least 1 min around the groups of needle electrodes and then sectors 12-14 are uniformly heated to keep temperature of 49 C constant in tumor 9 and 44.5 C at the boundary separating viable tissues 11 and current conducting liquid layer 10 for 90 min. At the same day radiation therapy is administered in large fractions with total focal dose of 25-30 Gr from two fields. Next to it, radical operation is carried out.
