FIELD: measurements of spectral characteristics of electric signals. SUBSTANCE: device has frequency converter, selective amplifier, and measuring circuit which are connected in series. Circuit which has frequency doubling units and band-pass filters is inserted between frequency converter and selective amplifier. Frequency-doubling circuit in addition to frequency multiplication provides also amplitude transform of signal. Specific feature of frequency doubling circuit is possibility of serial circuit of several circuits with frequency- doubling units and band-pass filters. Multiple frequency doubling provides possibility to increase efficiency of device in dynamic mode and to decrease time for signal analysis. In addition amplitude transform and filtration of investigated signal provide possibility of better selection of signal with respect to noise. Device may be used for increase in resolution and increased stability to noise for devices which provide spectral processing of electric signals. EFFECT: increased efficiency, better signal-to- noise ratio, increased resolution, increased stability to noise. |
