The proportional metering pump (1) delivers water from a main (2) and a concentrate of natural fatty acids and aromatic cpds. from a container (4) to the mixing tank (7). The mixt. is emulsified by a high-power mixer (13) in a bypass line (14) and forwarded via a branch line (16) and pneumatically driven pumping unit (17) to a distribution block (20). A controller (28) linked to a monitor (8) of the level in the tank operates a valve (6) which maintains the level within prescribed limits (9,10). The emulsion is drawn rhythmically from the bypass and distributed between spray nozzle feeders (24,25). |
