FIELD: measuring equipment used for transformation of gas and liquid consumption in big diameter pipes into electrical signal. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase accuracy of measurement. Aim is realized due to the fact, that ill-streamlining body of flowmeter is made of trapezoidal prism 4 and rectangular prism 5 connected to each other by small base of trapezoidal prism 4 and side plane of rectangular prism 5, is enclosed in guide 3 and mounted on stand 2. It is oriented so, that big base of trapezoidal prism 4 faces flow. In the case stand 2 has laminated shape in cross-section and is fixed using bed-frame 1 on pipeline wall. Rectangular prism 5 has stratified structure made of alternating elastic and piezoceramic plates rigidly linked to each other. Outputs of piezoceramic plates are connected to input of electronic processor 9, exercising calculations in accordance with given descriptions. Output signal of flowmeter is defined by expression : H = M F, with M - factor of proportionality; F - rate of signal switching. EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement. 1 dwg |
