摘要 FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for determination of frequency and time parameters of high-stability generators (measures of time and frequency) located on mobile objects, such as planes or navigational spacecrafts of GLONASS system. It is proposed to determine relative difference of frequencies of aboard (mobile) and ground (immobile) generators in one zone of radio visibility of mobile object as relation of product of difference of moments of time of achievement of minimal discrepancy of time scales of aboard and ground generators and maximum rate of Doppler change of frequency and relation of square of velocity of mobile object by product of light velocity. In this case moment of time of achievement of minimal discrepancy of time scale of aboard and ground generators is determined in no-interrogation channel and moment of time of achievement of maximum rate of Doppler change of frequency in interrogation channel of radio engineering system of ground object. Developed method makes it possible to determine relative difference of frequencies of aboard and ground generators (in one zone of radio visibility of navigational spacecrafts of GLONASS system) with relative frequency error of aboard generator of 2x10which corresponds to present-day frequency standards of GLONASS system, to mean-root-square error of measurement of minimal distance of mobile object from immobile one of 1.0 m and to mean- root-square error of measurement of velocity of navigational spacecrafts of 0.001 m/s with mean-root-square error of 1-2x10which is approximately 2-3 times more accurate than error of operational determination of frequency difference of aboard and ground generators used at present in GLONASS system. EFFECT: increased accuracy of frequency-time synchronization of measures of time and frequency positioned on mobile objects over short time intervals.
