<p>PURPOSE: To provide a golf club head which has an effect to suppress the reduction of the flying distance of a ball even when the ball is hit in such a manner that the hitting position slips to the toe side or heel side on the ball hitting surface. CONSTITUTION: For an iron golf club set, a ball hitting surface 1 of the golf club head is divided into three areas of a toe side area, central area and heel side area. Then, the number of score lines 2 being provided in the approx. horizontal direction in respective areas are increased as moving from the toe side area to the heel side area.</p> |
