<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic resin foam having a uniformly stabilized foamed state by uniformly mixing a foaming material without foaming in mixing. CONSTITUTION: In production of a thermoplastic resin foam obtained by extruding a thermoplastic resin containing a foaming agent in a molten state and foaming, a rotatable wing 23 and a fixed wing 24 are alternately provided at a top end of a screw 11 in a raw material supplying part 1 perpendicular to a rotation axis so as to form a gap, a kneading part 2 wherein a crest and a trough perpendicular to the rotation axis of the rotatable wing and the fixed wing are radially formed is provided, a cross section at output side in a resin path 7 in the kneader is made to be smaller than a cross section at inlet side, and a thermoplastic resin containing a foaming agent is passed through the gap.</p> |
