METHOD OF PRODUCING COPYING PREVENTIVE PATTERN AND PRINT THEREOF

PURPOSE: To obtain a copying preventive pattern whose latent image appears when it is copied by a copying machine, by composing a line drawing in the part which is not given a latent image forming a curved collective pattern and a line drawing in the part which is given a latent image of fixed-cycle broken lines having a common image width in the direction perpendicular to a basic curve. CONSTITUTION: A border line 15 between a line drawing in the part which is not given a latent image and a line drawing in the part which is given a latent image crosses roughly perpendicuIarly a straight line 11 at an intersection 10 of a basic curve 8 and the outline 9 of the latent image. A boundary line 14 between an image area and a non-image area on a fixed-cycle broken line between the part which is not given a latent image and the part which is given a latent image is a straight line which intersects roughly perpendicularly a straight line 11 at an intersection 10' of the basic curve 8 and the boundary line 14 between the image area and the non-image area on the fixed-cycle broken line. The length of one cycle consisting of an image area and a non-image area which are continuous in the direction of the basic curves of respective fixed-cycle broken lines are made different from each other and the areas of the image areas corresponding to one cycle of respective fixed-cycle broken lines are made equal to each other.
