REFLECTION PREVENTING FILM

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a reflection preventing film excellent in adhesive strength to a chalcogenide glass or chalcogenide glass fiber, environmental resistance and light resistance. CONSTITUTION: The reflection preventing film formed on the surface of the chalcogenide glass or the end face of the chalcogenide glass fiber is constituted of at least two layers of a low refractive index layer and a high refractive index layer, the low refractive index layer is composed of CaF2 and the high refractive index layer is composed of one or more of a ZnSe, ZnS and chalcogenide glass.
