PURPOSE: To simplify the oscillating/attaching mechanism of an inward opening cover by forming a first hinged part on an upper wall panel side frame member positioned at the upper edge of an opening in a dust box, and a second hinged part onto a side frame member positioned at the upper edge of an inward opening cover respectively, and mounting the inward opening cover so as to oscillate by a combination of both the hinged parts. CONSTITUTION: A lateral opening in a dust box is closed with a cover 3 kept in a hanging condition, a hinged part 22 of a cover side frame member 21 is fitted in a recessed part 19 of a first hinged part 12 of an upper wall panel side frame member 11. An end surface 27 whose cross section is arc-shaped positioned at the top end of an inward protruding part 26 of a second hinged part 22 is engaged with a stepped protruding part 16 of the first hinged part 12. When a cover 3 is depressed from the outside to throw refuse in a dust box 1, a protruding part 24 of an upward overhanging part 23 of the second hinged part 22 moves along a guide surface whose cross section is arc-shaped inside a downward overhanging part 13 on the first hinged part 12 side, and the cover 3 oscillates with regard to the end surface 27 whose cross section is arc-shaped, thus opening a lateral opening. |
