<p>PURPOSE: To improve productivity by a method wherein a core having an annular groove to contain a coil bobbin and a through-hole in which a terminal cover is inserted is provided and a terminal cover flange part is located between a coil bobbin winding frame wall part and a core bottom part. CONSTITUTION: After an excitation coil 8 is wound around a coil bobbin 9, two end parts thereof are entangled in respective terminals 11. After the excitation coil 8 is fixed, an insulation tape is wound around the outer periphery thereof. The terminal 11 is individually inserted in a through-hole 12a, and after a terminal cover 12 is fitted in the protrusion part of the coil bobbin 9 and registered with the through-hole 10b of the bottom of a terminal cover 12, the coil bobbin 9 is pressed in the annular groove 10a of a core 10 for fitting-in. Thus, the terminal cover 12 and the terminal 11 are protruded from the bottom of the core 10, and the flange part 12b of the terminal cover 12 is located between the winding frame wall part of the coil bobbin 9 and the bottom of the core 10. This constitution eliminates a need for the fixing means of a special terminal cover and improves productivity.</p> |
