<p>PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic tape cassette package wherein rattling of a cassette case body and a tape reel of a magnetic tape cassette can be suppressed simultaneously and the tape cassette can be easily received/taken out. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic tape cassette package 6 includes protrusions 38, 38 to be engaged with opening rims 21a, 21a of a cassette case body. The protrusion 38 enters between a circular rib 23a of a tape reel 22 and the opening rim 21a of the cassette case body when the magnetic tape cassette 2 is received to lock the cassette case body and the tape reel 22 simultaneously. In addition, since the protrusion 38 may simply engage with the circular rib 23a of the tape reel 22 and the opening rim 21a of the cassette case body, a height of the protrusion 38 can be low. The protrusion 38 may not disturb when the magnetic tape cassette 2 is put into a housing case body 7 or taken out of the case body 7.</p> |
