<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a stabilizer for a fused cell, by adding ouabain and a cell division inhibitor as active ingredients, capable of stably or forcibly producing a human monoclonal antibody by the fused cell for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: This stabilizer for a fused cell obtained by fusing a human lymphocyte with a mouse or rat myeloma cell comprises ouabain and cytochalasin, 3-(1-anilinoethylidene)-5-benzylpyroolidine-2,4-dione, etc., as a cell division inhibitor as active ingredients to give the objective stabilizer for the fused cell producing a human monoclonal antibody which can stably or forcibly produce a human monoclonal antibody by the fused cell for a long period of time of at least half year or about one year or more and stably provides the human monoclonal antibody important in the field of a medicine substantially administered to a human body, an internal diagnostic, etc.</p> |
