PURPOSE: To provide a subordinate pipe lining material which can be integrated with a main pipe lining material and a subordinate pipe lining method which can prevent the intrusion of water into the subordinate pipe. CONSTITUTION: One end of a tubular resin absorbent which is impregnated with a setting resin and the peripheral surface of which is coated with an airtight film is folded back outward to form a flange part 4 to constitute a subordinate pipe lining material 1. With the flange part 4 fixed on the periphery of the subordinate pipe opening of a main pipe lining material 13 laying a ring- shaped packing agent impregnated with an adhesive between it and the periphery of the subordinate pipe opening, the lining material 1 is turned over from the main pipe 10 side and inserted into a subordinate pipe 12 by fluid pressure, with the lining material 1 pressed on the inner wall of the subordinate pipe 12, the setting resin contained is cured. In this way, since the subordinate pipe lining material 1 is bonded to and integrated with the main pipe lining material 13 in the flange part 4, the intrusion of water into the subordinate pipe 12 is prevented surely.
