<p>PURPOSE: To accurately, beautifully and certainly perform lamination by controlling a heating and cooling house holding a heating and cooling mechanism, the up and down operation of a diaphragm stand having a diaphragm applied thereto, temp., time and a vacuum pump and forming a vacuum hermetically closed system including a material to be laminated by the diaphragm stand and a stage equipped with a conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A heating and cooling house 3 wherein a heating mechanism 15 is provided to the inner surface of a house frame 1 and a cooling mechanism 2 is provided to the upper surface thereof and a diaphragm stand 4 to which a diaphragm sheet 5 having a temp. sensor 13 arranged thereto is applied are held by a lift mechanism. An object to be laminated of a feed plate 8 and a roller conveyor 7 moving a laminate are arranged on the stage 6 and a packing 16 is arranged to the periphery coming into contact with the diaphragm stand 4 and the piping 10 connected to a vacuum pump 11 is arranged from the bottom surface of the stage 6. The diaphragm stand 4 and the stage 6 include the roller conveyor, the feed plate 8, the object to be laminated and the laminate to form a vacuum state and the diaphragm sheet 5 presses the laminate to the object to be laminated uniformly.</p> |
